I performed a word study on the following Greek words:
ἐπιθυμία, θέλημα, πλεονεξία
ἐπιθυμία, was translated as: lusts, desire, and concupiscence. I think the best fit for this Greek word is desire, but desire doesn’t always read well in every instance. For this reason I have translated this Greek word mainly as desire but also at times as covetousness which also fits well.
θέλημα, was translated as will in every instance except two where it was translated as pleasure and desires. I have kept will in every case expect where I used it as willings on one occasion.
πλεονεξία, was translated as: lusts, desire and concupiscence. A more correct translation of this Greek word is Greed which I have changed the translation to reflect.
