ἀνομία I have changed this Greek word to ‘lawlessness’. It was translated as both ‘iniquity’ and ‘transgresseth’ in the old King James. Lawlessness is very clearly the meaning of this word, while iniquity is similar it doesn’t bring out the meaning of the root word as clearly.
